Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel it. However, you may still be able to return eligible items after delivery according to our Returns Policy.
Before you cancel, please note:

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
